I am writting this letter to you because I choose the walking that will be going to do in London.

I chose the Park Walk, because there are 8 kilometres to see all the vegetation and the animals that live in this beautiful country. There are woodlands, flowers garden and a famous deer park and also the most beautiful in the world.

I didn't choosed the River Walk because I know that water scared you. Other thing why I didn't choose this walk is because on this time is very cold this part of the city.

The City Walk is beautiful but I don't choose it because the walk is very short to pay all the money that we need to pay and also this part of the city we advices the past year.

I’am planning a surprise party to my friend Vicente. I’am going to do this party because he did the same with my birthday and it was a beautiful experience.

For this party I need to call all the Vicente’s friends one by one. For this party I need to buy soda, chips potatoes, doritos, hamburgers, balloons, cutlery and all the other things that we need to have the bigger party of the world. The other thing that I need is the place to the party.

The New Center

            We all know that this center is not good for the city because the people can get addicted to slot machines.

            On of the problems is that in the place that they would like to put this center there are a much vegetation and we don’t want to destroy this beautiful place.

            Another problem is that also we have one and with the new rule of the state the municipality will be prejudiced.

  

            This center can accumulate many people and can produce disturbs or fights.

The beautiful city of Pichilemu.

Pichilemu is the capital of surf in the world.

This place has lots of things to do. The first and the most important is that have the biggest waves to surf here in Chile. The second is that have a lot of vegetation. The third is that are a lot of shops at the downtown and in summer yhis place fill`s up with people. The fourth one is that have a place to rent motorcicles and horses.

All the people there are very good person, and also very colaborative with all the visitors and help you when you need. The person I met there was very friendly and also was a surfer, he help me on the beach and also he give me techniques to surf.

I recomend to visit this place because has a lot things to do for children and fathers and also T would visit this year Pichilemu again to surf.

I want to tell you about a rugby competition. The rugby med 40`per half, each team need 15 players on the field and a try worths 5 point and then you have the chance to kick the ball to the posts.

If you want to play you need to have 60k in your body and also you need to eat healthy.

Yesterday in the rugby match the team of Lima one of the players do a penalty and the judge don`t give to the team a penalty.

The penalty that the judge don`t sanctioned was a penalty try.

The IRB (rugby association) said to the judge that he don't do it again and if he do it again the IRB send him out, he accepted and said that this not gonna happen again.

This for all the spectators was a terrible mistake and this need not happen again.

The solution is that put more judges per match and also used more de video ref in the matches because when they used this video they can see all the mistakes and they can sanction.

Final Proposal

Injury Prevention at School

              A very effective way of preventing injuries is using the SMARTRISKS  sistem, wich meands evaluating the risks of every activity you are doing.

              First, we are proposing to include injury prevention as a subject. Also the sports teacher must get a trainig of this issue, and and the mouth guard is going to be obligatory to train or play rugby.

              Also a very good idea to prevent injuries is to made activities including the whole family of the pupil.       Examples of this are interactive games related to the issue and also educative workshop.

              A huge problem, is that the teachers, including sport ones, are not trained is this very important issue for the health of the pupil.

              First, one goal is to train all the teachers about this issue, include risk prevention us a subject and also include this topic in the parent-teacher interview.

              The first one is that it will be very difficult to creat a new subject (injury prevention) and to organize a new schedule whit it. Also it will be very difficult to get all the teachers trained with the issue.

              All the teachers will be trained and the school will be a safer place, the parent will know about this and get involved with it and finaly, there will be a new subject called "Risk and Injury Prevention".

The things that the school have is that in the dinnighall is a nutritionist that prepare all the menu for whole the months (only at lunch). And other thing is that school have a lot of sport also like 8 hours a week. And also the school prohibit that now ones can smoke in it.

The thing is that in the kiosk are selling a hundred of things that no are healthy and don`t sell things healthy like fruits.

The school can have a program that teach you to know more about to how you can eat more healthy and also the kiosk can spend healthy things like fruits, cereal bar, milk, fruit juice.

How to Prevent

 Injury at Schools?

The prevention injury risks is necessary in schools, because the injury is increasing.

Everywhere you go to the shopping , if you are walking , if you are in a park and also if you are sleeping on your bed , because risk are everywhere.

If at the schools wants to prevent injury risk, they can incorporate smart risk education into class work and also can create a class that only talk about injury risk.

And other form of promoting injury risk is to do events to teach people of what they can do if they have his problem, because sometimes they don't know it.

The teachers and helpers have to control disturbs in the class and in the break,  for all of  classmate have a good and quiet day at school.

When there is a problem between two or more classmates the school has to use strong rules with them, if the school dont take these rules in this case the problems it could be more difficult to solve.

At school it is necessary to have a group of professionals, as a psychologist and helpers for working with the pupils that need more dedication and He have some problems with his behavior with his classmate and teachers.

And other things that need is to have a school that practices contact sport is to have good for health . For example Felipe Fuentes of The Mackay School was warming-up to a tournament and He broke two fingers and sprained his wrist and in a second two doctors to carry him in a ambulance to the hospital, and there the doctor put it in his hand a cast and all the cost of what the doctor do with him is covered for the security of school.

At school there are a lot of risk, if you are playing a sport you can broke some part of your body, if the school have stairs you can fall down in it, if the school have terrace you can die if you fall down with your head, if the classmates are running and crask with a desk an all of things more can happen at school.

The school need to demand classmates that play rugby that they need to play with mouth guard and if they play football needs the shins, because if they don't play with this things they on rugby can take out a tooth and on football can broke the shinbone . If you don't buy this little things you can to the hospital and there you will pay more than a shin or a mouth guard.
